Before UGFS, the mean diameter of GSV below knee was 3.4 mm ranging from 2.4 mm to 5.0 mm. The mean reflux time of GSV below knee was 2.3 sec ranging from 0.6 sec to 5.37 sec. The uncomfortable symptom of the limb with incompetent GSV below knee was present in 72% of limbs (18/25).
Result: The pretreatment symptoms were resolved in all patients. Complete occlusion of the treated GSV below knee were confirmed in 84% of limbs (21/25).
